Sorry to say this, but I really HATE bloggers who scam on readers by offering "vaporprizes" which the blogger has zero intent to give away but to attract subscribers. Heck... how can one prove the blogger ACTUALLY has the prize in question, or was it just a photo from Google Image? Then the blogger just comments him/herself to make the whole prizegiveaway thing look real.
I know some bloggers do this (with great success) and I certainly HOPE this is not one of them.
